Formation Process

The formation process takes place within the secular life of the candidate.
The formation program is a holistic process which promotes the spiritual, intellectual, social, physical and psychological growth of its members. It is designed to enhance the secular consecrated vocation, prayer and community life, spirituality, and personal charisms.
The initial preparatory discernment stage lasts from six months to a year. During this stage, the aspirant and the members have opportunities to learn about each other.
The initial formation stage lasts for three years before the first commitment is made. The enrichment and formative stage consists of 6 to 8 years.
Ongoing formation continues throughout the member’s life after a permanent commitment is performed.
Members are also empowered to complete higher educational goals which will enable them to serve as professionals in their chosen field.
